Nuclear Prohibition Treaty (NPT) is better than Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in many way….

NNPT: In 1968, nations having Nuclear weapon formed Nuclear Non-proliferation treaty with mandate to control proliferation but have major flaws. Some flaws are

1. Only Nuclear-abled 5 nations before 1968 could have it now. It is ethically wrong to put a limit without confidence winning or total prohibition. In age of global democracy giving special privilleges to some nation is counterproductive which led to Nuclear weaponisation of N.Korea, Pakistan and India and not agreeing to NPT.
2. There is only NON-Prolifearation as the way, Complete prohibition is not the solution.
3. A nation can provide security to herself by possession of Nuclear weapon itself.

UN-NPT: asks for total prohibition. More than 120 small and non-nuclear nations are voting for it’s mandate. Mostly those nations under umbrella protection of Nuclear giants kept themselves in bind. It is wrong in following aspects:

1. Nations under umbrella protection are also supporting passive nuclearisation of world and pose threat to world peace while being non-nuclear nation.
2. When more than 2/3rd of nation and southern hemisphere is demanding for Total prohibition, there voice is not heard in UN. It also presents a staring questions on UN efficacy.

We discussed challenges and comparision. The solution could be on following line of pursuit:

1. Immediate Non Proliferation should be carried out to ensure no more addition in nuclear arsenal
2. Revival of New START between Russia and US and similar dialouges needed.
3. Accusation of Marshall island against 9 nuclear nation against disarmament in ICJ should be taken toward conclusive decision, they speak concerns of many small nations.
4. Research and infrastructure toward reuse of highly enriched nuclear fuel should be shared across nuclear nation to provide a way out of disposing Nuclear weapon.

important factor One should consider before making conclusion on Aryan migration to Indian populations

  •  migration-test-rectangle

Aryan is a term defined as noble. this term is used by Indic people of vedic period. there is no clear evidence and concept to determined to homeland of Aryans. Tilak, Max Muller , Dayanand Sarswati were some thinker who give his thoughts to explain the migration of Aryans. but researches are still going on with the help of new technologies. many Scientist are working on this topic and gather some important information based on the chromosome.

but these technology can help to liberate information in better way if one can apply this by considering all factors.
here some factor which one should consider through analyzing.

Must consider diversity in India– indie is a country which have large diversity, since is seen that there some long time effect on environment on chromosome. so during studding chromosome, it must be considered.

Considering Maternal and Paternal chromosome – since both have equal participation in society. so study paternal chromosome more is not good, which one can see in recent reports.

Should work in not on some small bunch of Indians- according to recent study scientist are working on European and Indians living in Europe. that small people can not represent whole Indian citizen.

Tribes must be considered- India having large no of tribes nearly 4700 with different races. so it can not possible leave them.
These are some factor which one should consider during study and before coming to conclusion .

Smart cities necessarily have to factor of climate change…..

Currently India’s infrastructure is not suitable to boost its economy in better way, what’s demand of time. To tackle this problem Indian government initiated some bold step to make better infrastructure as smart city mission. by this way government is trying to paint Indian cities in bright color on word map.
Instead of viewing this policy ac game changer for infrastructure of India it is useful to see it as next threat to climate change.
These policy will short fall if they will have no factor of climate change. due to some following reason

1-historical reason – may civilization are destroyed because of climate change as Indues civilization.
2-smart city work like heat island, which can cause high temperature.
3-drought and prone problem
4- heat can cause disruption of power problem – as in our proposed it have major role , which is also effected by power disruption
5-problem of better solid waste management.
6-since it is smart cities so it is expected to have large density. which create traffic problem so air pollution

by better planing we can tackle these problem

1-better waste management , recycling of waste
2-use of renewable energy , which can’t cause heat problem.
3-use electric and public transport system
4-water harvesting system
5- better civerage system
6-adopt technical standards that consider climate change

Interrelationship between forests and Climate

Forests and climate are intrinsically linked: forest loss and degradation is both a cause and an effect of our changing climate. This relationship was explicitly recognized in the recently held UN Climate Change Conference, COP 21 in Paris in 2015

  • Forests influence climate change largely by affecting the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. When forests grow, carbon is removed from the atmosphere and absorbed in wood, leaves and soil. Because forests can absorb and store carbon over an extended period of time, they are considered “carbon sinks”. This carbon remains stored in the forest ecosystem, but can be released into the atmosphere when forests are burned.
  • In the context of climate change, the most important thing about mature forests is not that they reduce the amount of CO2 in the air but that they are huge reservoirs of stored carbon.
  • If trees are planted where previously there weren’t any, they will on soak up CO2 as they grow, reducing the amount of greenhouse gas in the atmosphere. It is thought that trees, plants and other land-based “carbon sinks” currently soak up more than a quarter of all the CO2 that humans add to the air each year – though that figure could change as the planet warms.
  • The relationship between trees and local and global temperature is more complicated than the simple question of the greenhouse gases they absorb and emit. Forests have a major impact on local weather systems and can also affect the amount of sunlight absorbed by the planet: a new area of trees in a snowy region may create more warming than cooling overall by darkening the land surface and reducing the amount of sunlight reflected back to space.
  • The agriculture, forestry and land-use sectors account for about a quarter of all global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and are the largest sources after cars, trucks, trains, planes and ships combined. By reducing forest loss, we can reduce carbon emissions and fight climate change.
  • As deforestation and forest degradation have such a significant impact on climate change, reducing forest loss can have multiple benefits for ecosystems and people. These include cutting greenhouse gas emissions, sequestering carbon, providing other ecosystems services, and maintaining intact, functioning forests that have the best chance of withstanding climate change.
  • Forests have four major roles in climate change: they currently contribute about one-sixth of global carbon emissions when cleared, overused or degraded; they react sensitively to a changing climate; when managed sustain ably, they produce wood-fuels as a benign alternative to fossil fuels; and finally, they have the potential to absorb about one-tenth of global carbon emissions projected for the first half of this century into their biomass, soils and products and store them – in principle in perpetuity.

As more scientific information about global warming accumulates, climate change is emerging as perhaps the greatest environmental challenge of the twenty-first century. What is more, a virtual Pandora’s box of major global threats, such as hunger, poverty, population growth, armed conflict, displacement, air pollution, soil degradation, desertification and deforestation are intricately intertwined with and all contribute to climate change, necessitating a comprehensive approach to a solution. Rising to this challenge will entail unprecedented cooperation among the world’s nations and strong support from international organizations concerned.

It is general thought that it’s resource can be utilize in better way, results in more balance growth , if it identified as a separate State. or it can address new and dynamic changes in better way. Instead of viewing only development drive the protest of separate state, it is useful to see and analyse some other dimension which can cause protest.
Science India is big country have so many diversity in culture and region. In modern, decades when India got freedom , it is more common do demand separate state on cultural back ground than economic development. But in recent decades it changes her her space from cultural to development space fro the demand for separate state.

To answer , Is underdevelopment driving the demand for Gorakhaland, we have to analysis the of all circumstances.
If we compare Gorakhaland to rest of west Bengal for problem and development like Drinking water or clean fuel or immunization or any other dimension of economic development then we can find development in Gorakhaland region have good agreement with development in rest of West Bengal. so we can say demand for separate Gorakhaland can not explained to discrimination on the ground of economic development.
now we have to inspecting some other dimension, on the cultural ground.
here we can see some differences between people of Gorkhaland and rest of West Bengal. people of the Gorkhaland spiking other language then rest of Bengal and some other cultural differences between the people ling in both region . recently government of West Bengal announced the introduction of Bengali language in All school so here we can find some role playing on the ground of culture, which can drive the recent demand of separate Gorkhaland.

GST in India

Finally Goods and service tax (GST) passed in forced from  1  July in India. It seem to be reform with such consequences which never seen in free India.

if talk truly it take very long time to come in execution, this is due to our complex and long system and necessarily  due to revelry among political parties (so called party politics). finally we got a chance to celebrate. there is doubt that this is big achievement for all Indians and will increase efficiency of our complex economic system.

But there is some differences among people about GST some are distressed at same time some are celebrating this as opportunity for him and his/her country also. so let put a bird eye on GST in  India.

GST  is unified tax system which makes process of taxation simple by reliving multiple taxes by merging in single taxes all over country on goods and services.

it is good taken by government to address new and dynamic changes of the economy and taxe system. Although in Indian GST  goos and services are classified in  several type having different amount of tax rate as 5% 12%  18% 28% etc, but in other most country where it is already applied there is only one tax rate.

Passing this bill is no doubt a big achievement for BJP government and for India but implementation in proper way  is more important. as we know that our infrastructure  is not very good and and software is not checked. Science India is big Country and having a Large diversity,  lack of infrastructure so it is big challenge  to implement it. It may happen that grow up lobbing due to multiple rates. science India is already in recession due to demonetization and having large distress in mass so it is very difficult to understand the consequences of these disruption.

Over all it is time to celebrate it and stand with our system to increase efficiency of our economy.
